Do you want to drive your electric vehicle to the Kiel pain clinic and charge your e-mobility device? You have several options.

A 135 kW hypercharger is installed approximately a 3-minute walk from the Kiel Pain Clinic. The location is Tiefe Allee 2, 24149 Kiel .

You can find additional wallboxes at Kiel University of Applied Sciences (approx. 3-minute walk) and on the opposite bank of the Schwentine River at the GEOMAR parking lot and the fish market (approx. 15-minute walk). An overview can be found here via this link

The pain clinic's parking lot is also equipped with wallboxes. However, these cannot be used for charging by patients and visitors.

If you want to see how electricity is generated from water, then visit the hydroelectric power plant at the Schwentine bridge.

And we are delighted to offer the fully electric ferry that has been transporting you to and from the Kiel Pain Clinic since the beginning of 2021. You can take your bicycle with you free of charge on this CO2-free and silent mini-cruise.

The video shows the fully electric ferry MS DÜSTERNBROOK and, in the background, the AIDAluna. The Düsternbrook is coming from the pain clinic at the mouth of the Schwentine River, is traveling on the Kiel Fjord, and is docking at the Reventlou landing stage by the Reventlou Bridge.

The video below shows the all-electric ferry MS DÜSTERNBROOK at the mouth of the Schwentine River, in front of the Kiel Pain Clinic. It glides silently, like a large model ship, to the Reventlou landing stage at the Reventlou Bridge. From there, it is also possible to travel onward to the main train station.
