Happy Easter!
It's not so easy to wish everyone a happy Easter this year. The coronavirus pandemic is changing how we interact. We have to keep our distance to protect others. We have to stay home. We can't visit parents and grandparents without a care in the world. And when they need us most in the hospital or care home, we can't see them without worry. On top of that, there are often worries about jobs and livelihoods. Existential fears. Nerves are frayed. The constant tension, uncertainty, and unanswered questions are taking their toll on our health – both personally and professionally.
Let's look out for each other. Let's keep our distance and follow the rules. Let's focus on what's important. We will overcome this crisis. We need composure and confidence to do so. I wish you all of that. I thank our entire team for their tremendous solidarity and cooperation during these months. I thank our patients for their patience and understanding.
I wish you and your families a blessed and happy Easter.
Yours
Hartmut Göbel
