The Migraine and Headache Masterclass 2020 will take place on Friday, March 6, 2020, and Saturday, March 7, 2020, at the Kiel Pain Clinic. This masterclass is designed for physicians and therapists who already possess extensive experience in research, clinical diagnostics, and the treatment of migraine and headache disorders. It aims to provide in-depth knowledge and skills for the practical management of complex cases. The course is organized by the nationwide headache treatment network and the Migraine and Headache Center of the Kiel Pain Clinic. The Migraine and Headache Masterclass delivers current knowledge and practical skills through plenary lectures, debates, case-based small group work, and hands-on workshops. The course focuses on the direct, practical, and interactive application of the latest scientific findings in the treatment of migraine and headache disorders. Video-based case studies and live presentations of specific headache disorders complement the practical knowledge transfer. Current innovative treatment methods are discussed and debated by experts using practical case examples.

The symposium is certified by the German Migraine and Headache Society (DMKG) and the German Society for Pain Medicine (DGS) for 7 hours of continuing education credit. The Schleswig-Holstein Medical Association has recognized 9 continuing education credits for obtaining the continuing education certificate.
