To plan your admission date, we ask you to do the following three points: Your treating doctor issues a regulation of hospital treatment. Ask your doctor to fill out the recording checklist. Fill out the pain calendar and the pain questionnaire (see box on the right). Send all documents and additional copies of all relevant doctor's letters, X-ray images etc. to the address given on the recording checklist. Depending on the health insurance, the following regulations apply to the assumption of costs: Numerous health insurance companies have contractually regulated the integrated care of their insured with our treatment network.
